DWI Bail Options

    • Personal Recognizance Bond
The state allows the defendant to be released under the understanding that they will appear to all scheduled court hearings and no other offenses will be committed while out on bail. There is typically no fee required with PR bails.

    • Cash Bond
The defendant will pay the bail amount of cash to the court registry. Bonds can be refunded if the defendant appears to all court hearings.

  • Surety Bond AA Best Bail Bonds of Dallas, Texas offers this type of bond for DWI offenses. This requires a third party, or a Dallas bail bondsman, will pay the bail assuming the defendant will appear in all court hearings. There is typically a fee of around 10% of the bail that Dallas bail bonds require. If the defendant does not appear in court on the scheduled date and time, AA Bail Bonds will pay the bail in full.
